Every student union event on the Two Point campus, ranked

In Two Point Campus, one of the important things you need to consider when taking care of your students is their happiness and the free time allocated to them. And one of the best ways to tackle both of these challenges at once is to organize events within the student union.

While many student events can take place on campus, such as watching movies in the lecture halls or specific events that depend on the courses you have available, unlocking the student union gives you ten great events. Many of them are music related and require a step to unlock, but they are worth getting.

ten Open mic

The Open Mic is probably the worst event you can organize for your students because of the bonuses that come with it and the music your students produce. Product bonuses are an increase in the entertainment stat for your students after completing the event which only lasts around 30 days at most.

And while this event from the outside sounds great if your students become more active in the events, on closer inspection you can see that it’s just not great to listen to either. Most performances are of two students who come on stage and start humming for a few minutes.

9 Torn chords

Two Point Campus, when it launched, had a band that everyone was greeted by when the game opened, Ripped Chords. Some of their songs are also used in promotional material, and outlets like YouTube and Twitch have certainly made their music the most well-known on this list. Unfortunately, the student union uses this same song.

The song in question is called “Four Short Of A Pass,” and it’s by no means a bad song, but for a student union event, you’d think there would be more variety. And the event only increases movement speed by 10% and happiness by 20%, making it one of the lowest ranked events to schedule.

8 Student Union Party

After creating your student union, you can immediately organize a party because it is the only event you can organize without a stage, and its bonuses are not bad either. The bonuses increase movement speed by ten percent and the happiness of all students who attend by thirty percent, making this a great starter event if you don’t have enough room to place a stage.

Part of the fun of the SU Party event is the music that comes out, a mix of surf rock and loud trumpets in the background. It’s a very well done mix that adds to the gaming vibe and party vibe within the student union.

seven Honor Rolls

Honor Rollers sounds like an odd attempt at hip-hop mixed with lofi music, and it doesn’t hit its mark, or quite feel it. The bonuses provided are a ten percent increase in movement speed and a thirty percent increase in happiness. Yet despite this, other options are better with the same bonuses.

Most Honor Rollers songs include sounds like cars going out, a scratching record, static noise and, in the case of the student union song “Front-Row Freak-Out”, what sounds like bubbles. The haunting, pessimistic sentiment of the music also makes it sound like something made for Halloween and doesn’t work very well on campus.

6 DJ Sue Chief

When you first meet DJ Sue Chef, it’s the second level of the campaign where you teach food to students at the Piazza Lanatra campus. One of the songs constantly playing in the background is this next student union song. In terms of bonuses, you get ten percent movement speed and thirty percent happiness.

The song chosen for DJ Sue Chef to perform in front of the students is called “Food On The Streets (Crumb In My Sheets)”. While not DJ Sue Chef’s best song in the soundtrack like “The Synthetic Student”, it’s still a great track to listen to when playing in a sandbox or other levels.

5 alchemical friendship

Alchemical Friendship is a very mellowed band that performs in the student union and country magic level. Although the bonuses produced for the students are the same as the band Ripped Chords, they make up for that with the soundtrack they bring for you and the students.

And what plays in the student union is the song “Fat Rat Mellow”, also hinting at the calm and gentle nature of their songs which can easily be played in the background. Their other songs are “How Many Are There?” and “Supernormal, Supernatural”, which are a bit more upbeat but still great additions to listen to.

4 Helium Baboon

One of the most fascinating bands to play in the student union is the band called Helium Baboon. The bonuses you can get from listening to this band play are ten percent increased movement speed and thirty percent happiness for thirty days. The only restriction is that your campus must be at least level five, which is easily accessible.

Helium Baboon’s soundtrack songs are a mix of soft rock and alternative rock, giving it a fascinating mix that works almost perfectly for management games. The song playing is called “Happy Slackin’ And Hacky Sackin'”, which, while not fitting the mood of an ongoing party, is excellent to listen to in the background.

3 Jasmine Odyssey

Many fans of the Two Point series will recognize Jasmine Odyssey as one of the bands that play on the Two Point Hospital soundtrack. The song they chose for the event is “A Nice Smelling Face”. The bonuses for this event are the best in the game, with a ten percent increase in movement speed and a fifty percent increase in happiness.

However, there is a major drawback and that is that it requires at least a level 12 campus. Getting to a campus of such a high level is only possible by playing in a sandbox or by flooding your campus with decorations in the later levels of the campaign. It’s a great song to listen to, with vocalist Sophie Worsley being excellent, but it’s not something easy to get in the game.

2 Boogie Knights

Boogie Knights are an unexpected group, given that they hail from a medieval school of knights, but they pull it off and are a fantastic event for a number of reasons. The first reason is the bonus stats that come with it, a 10% increase in movement speed and a 40% improvement in happiness, which are among the best in the student union. The only downside is that it requires your campus to be at level eight.

But the second reason is the funk music that this band produces. Every Boogie Knights song, especially “Let’s Lance” and “Flunked Out”, sounds like classic funk songs you can listen to and listen to casually in and out of the game.

1 shoe pasture

On par with Boogie Knights, Shoegraze is easily one of the best bands in the game, and that’s easily said for the student union as well. They’re a classic rock band that covers all the bases with their songs. The song “Dorm Till Dusk” is a classic rock song with great electric guitar, “Is This Seat Taken?” perfectly combines rock and electric music, and “Number Two Pencil” is a beautiful rhythmic rock song.

The bonuses given to students are also excellent, with a movement speed increase of 10% and a happiness increase of 40%, the only downside being the campus level eight requirement. All in all, you can’t go wrong with Shoegraze’s songs, and the bonus tracks are some of the best in the student union.
